Hey All I Need Fans!
Well it’s been a long road since Rebecca Carrigan began the story of All I Need back in 2011. Since then the first two books in the trilogy have been released in stores everywhere, and Rebecca Carrigan is working hard to finish up the last book in the series to release later this year.
Carrigan Publishing and Productions (CPP), a privately owned company based in Cambridge Ontario has now grown to be part of an industry that’s helping and inspiring new artist everywhere. After publishing All I Need & Don’t Tell Me Goodbye, they successfully completed their first Independent feature “All I Need” based on the first book and released it on YouTube for the world to see. The company and CEO Rebecca Carrigan now travels to schools and festivals speaking about what they learned in their growing process, tricks of the trade, and most importantly how to grow and be successful in the Entertainment Industry the right way.
CPP also has a live web series called “CPP Unveiled” that covers all entertainment related news in many areas of Ontario. Carrigan has always been proud to support local artist and teach them anything she can to help them succeed in their dreams. You can watch all the episodes of CPP Unveiled on the company YouTube channel “CarriganProductions”. Also covering all that’s happening in our area is our new company blog: TheFeatherViews (www.thefeatherviews.wordpress.com). Here local teen book reviewer and blogger Sam Couture, covers all that’s happening with the All I Need trilogy, independent films, actor & musician interviews, the entertainment industry and much much more! Check her out today.
Rebecca Carrigan also participated on the Board of Directors for The GrandRiver Film Festival this past year and enjoyed her time hosting the Short Film Contest and speaking in workshops.
Most current is the Short Film “Blind Faith” that recently wrapped filming in London, Ontario in 2013 and is in the editing stages this month. Carrigan wrote and directed this short and plans to submit it to film festivals everywhere. From the All I Need independent series you can catch Wasaga Beach Actress, Meghan Doherty (who played Charlotte) as the leading lady “Jessie”. Also leading man, actor Michael Ricketts (who is planned to play Alex in Don’t Tell Me Goodbye) plays the role of Noah. This story follows the hopes and dreams of these two screenwriters, and what can happen if you choose wrongly against your fated path in life. Watch for the movie trailer coming soon to our youtube channel and follow our Facebook Page: BlindFaithTheShort for more info.
Carrigan Publishing and Productions is constantly growing, taking Co-op students and Interns throughout the year. Local Actor Michael Ricketts joined the company in 2013 and is not only signed under Rebecca Carrigan but also runs the administrative area including assisting on coverage for the web series CPP Unveiled. Also on the team now is high school student Michael Peckover, currently hired for graphic design of the Blind Faith Posters.
